Realme has already announced an officially-confirmed India release date to announce their Realme 9i with 5G. The phone will be available on August 18 and its design, as well as some specifications, were revealed on official channels. The latest leak has filled the remaining spaces, showing the phone from all angles and describing the hardware.

Realme 9i 5G Specifications
The new Realme 9i 5G features the 6.6-inch, FullHD+, 90Hz LCD screen with 180Hz touchscreen sampling. As previously revealed by the company, it’s powered by the Dimensity 810 chip along it with 64GB storage and 4GB RAM. 6GB of memory and 128GB of storage that can be expanded using the micro SD slot for cards. RAM is “expandable” with up to 5GB of additional virtual memory using “Dynamic RAM Expansion”.

In terms of camera, The Realme 9i 5G has a primary camera with 50MP and a depth sensor of 2MP as well as a third dedicated macro camera. For selfies, there is an 8MP camera in a waterdrop-shaped cutout. The phone is running Android 12 straight out from the factory and has a 5,000mAh battery with fast charging of 18W. The phone also features USB Type-C ports, 3.5mm audio jack and dual SIM support.

As we said in the previous paragraph, as mentioned, the Realme 9i 5G is available in two memory tiers and is available in Gold or Black colors. Both come with the shiny “Laser Light Design” on the back, which is reminiscent of the appearance of a CD. There’s no information on the price yet, however, Madhav Sheth, the CEO of Realme, has recently revealed that the company is planning to unveil a smartphone with 5G technology within India with a price range of between INR10,000 ($126/EUR123) or INR 15,000 ($190/EUR185) class. It could represent the new Realme 9i. To give you an idea the 9i 4G at present is priced at INR13,499 ($170/EUR165) and increases until INR15,999 ($202/EUR197)
